About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi, I've got a flight with eastern China air from Vancouver to shanghai pudong

and have a 6hr layover. My next flight is to manila, Philippines with Cebu Pacific. These flights were all booked separately. Do I need a visa?

No. Because you are able to use the free transit in Shanghai. No visa will be needed.
