About:Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen Ferry

I have to travel from Shenzhen to HKIA.

I am on Vietnam Airlines departure from HKIA, not participating with the ports check-in services. Which port do I have to take the ferry from ?

You can take the ferry from Shekou Port to HKIA directly. After arriving, you can check-in, wait and boarding.

Does for checkin at HKIA for non participating airlines require immigration clearance at HKG?
