About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I have a Canadian passport. Can I get a 24-Hour TWOV?

I will have a connecting flight wait time ( NKG ) 23h 30m at Nanjing China airport; from Seoul S Korea to Vancouver. I would like to sleep at the closest hotel to the airport.
