singaporean document of identity (DOI)

my singapore passport lost in barcelona while travelling in spain.
i am living in shanghai with z working type.
am i able to enter.china with singapore document of identity issued bt singapore consulate ?

If you have valid visa or residence permit for China, you can enter then.
