About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

UK-SHANGHAI-WENZHOU-UK

I want to fly from Uk to SH, then take a train to Wenzhou in zhejiang province then train back to SH and fly out back to the uk, in under 6 days

would this qualify?
