About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

sorry no I want to go: UK-SHANGHAI-WENZHOU-UK

I want to fly from Uk to shanghai, then take a train to Wenzhou in zhejiang province then train back to Shanghai and fly out back to the uk, in under 6 days

would this qualify?

No. That's a visit to China, not a transit, and it requires a visa.
