About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

24 Hour start Time

I arrived at 9:05 pm on Sunday but did not receive my 24 hours twov until 10:15pm.

I have just been told that I might miss my flight that was scheduled for 9:30pm on Monday (because of a bad traffic jam).

There is another flight 4 hours later at 01:30 pm Tuesday. Checkin opens at 11:30pm on Monday. So I will pass immigration a little before 11:45pm on Monday (but before midnight on Monday).

Will this be a big problem with immigration ?

The time starts from your scheduled arriving time 09:05 pm till your scheduled departure time 09:30 pm.
So I wonder that you're on a 24h transit as it's 24 hours and 25 min. and you were not eligible for the 24h transit.
if you take the flight at 01:30 am you'll run into big problems as you stay illegal in China.
In which do you stay?
Maybe you got a 72/144h permit without knowledge?
