Hi,
I will fly from HAnoi(Vietnam) to Shenzhen then I will take the train to HK so can I enjoy the 24 hrs free transit if the 3rd country is Hong Kong?

I'm afraid you cannot get the 24h twov in Shenzhen. You are advised to apply for a visa beforehand.
