letter of invitation/admission letter

i am on an x2 visa, and the conditions are i have to have a letter of invitationadmission from the chinese language institute that i am studying at. But new PSB regulations in Chengdu/Sichuan province now forbid these institutes to give out said letter, i am working part time with the PSB permission, i have got an invitation letter from a chinese school in Shanghai. Will this be ok

If you apply for student X type, you cannot use the letter from your employer.
