About:Getting Around Dongguan

I want to visit the Songshan Lake area - Transportation query

I want to visit SongShan lake area for business purposes, what are the best way to transport around here from Dongguan. Should i stay in hotel in Dongguan or in Shenzen?
My flight lands in HongKong and plan a stay for 5 days.

You are advised to stay at Dongguan City. From the railway station, you can take public bus no.805A to Songhu Yanyu Bus Stop. Then walk southwest and see the scenci area directly.
