Transit visa on Guanzhou

Hi,
We ( my wife and I are Bangladeshi Citizen with US Green card and 2 infant kids are US citizen) and flying from Dhaka to San Francisco on Jan 13th. We have 15 hour layover at Guanzhou. Can we get free 24 hour free transit at airport or need to apply for transit visa from Bangladesh?
