About:Beijing Capital International Airport Maps

I have a flight from Italy to Bangkok. But there's a connection in Beijing Capital Airport.

It's the same Air Company. Do I need to take my luggage and dispatch It again?

Second, in order to check in to take the connection flight, do I need to pass immigration?
