About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

I have US passport. can I apply Chinese Visa at consulate in Toronto ?

If you have valid residence permit or visa in there, you can try to apply from the CVASC in Toronto.

No, I only have USA passport, no valid Canadian residence or visa, can I apply Chinese Visa in Toronto?
