The is left luggage at B1 and B2, you can try to find them. In the waiting room there are also lockers offered.

How to find the waiting room at Beijing West Railway Station? Do i need pass security check 1st? Can i go out and enter back to the Beijing west railway station?

Thw waiting room to use depends on the train you take. You need to find this information on the LED screen. To enter the station, you need to go through security check and ticket check as well. You can go out but if so, you need to go through all the checkin process again next time.
