About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

She booked an appointment online but needs to cancel it.

The online Los Angeles China Consultant doesn’t permit us to cancel it. How can this be done? Our plans changed and she needs her Chinese passport for an important meeting with U.S. Immigration Office in early January 2019.

If so, you can contact the visa office to inquire if you can just miss this appointment and re-apply for a new one.
