About:Chinese Zodiac Compatibility

Will this relationship work?

I am a 40 years old woman born 14/12/78, dating a man 54 years old, born 5/8/64
But I am so calm with him and everything I say or do seems to get him upset, he is most time upset, over small things than he is at peace, can this work or should I forget it? Thanks
