How to get visa to the Philippines?

I am Serbian citizens working in China as a teacher. Im planning to visit Philippines how to get a few things days visit visa?

If you go there for sightseeing purpose, first, you need to provide a filled-out application form affixed with passport-style photo, your passport and its photocopy, residence permit in China, working certificate, bank statement, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation as well as other required documents. Then, submit the application to the embassy to apply for visit visa.
