Is there a light show on Guangzhou Canton TV tower on the 2nd or 3rd January 2019? What time?

What's the best place to watch this light show?

As I know, the time of light show was from Nov. 29 to Dec. 4, so you just miss it. However, the light of the tower will also turn on in every evening.
