How to get to Mt Laoshan ski area?

How can I go skiing from Qingdao? I’m staying near Shangri-La hotel. How long will it take? Should I stay overnight? Thanks

From your hotel, take metro line 2 from Wusi Square to Miaoling Road and transfer to metro line 11 to Beizhai Station, Exit B2. Then take bus no.469 to Qiyu Bus Stop. Afterwards, walk to the ski resorts directly. The whole way takes around 1.5 hours.
In addition, you are advised to stay overnight.
