About:Tianjin Airport

I will have around 5 hours layover (friday) in Tianjin Airport, from 5am to 10am.

Is enough time to go by train to downtown? My intention is just to take some pictures there..

Well, MCR, I am afraid not. Your time is too tight. Generally speaking, you need to come back to the airport at least 2 hours in advance before the next flight departure. Thus the time is not enough.
