About:China Business Visa

Hi I am an INDIAN I got an M visa for three months , but it is valid only for 30 days after entry

If I go outside of china and wanted to come back should I apply for a fresh visa or the previous vis will be ok.

If your visa only has single entry, you need to apply for a new one to re-enter China. If it has multiple entries, you don't need to apply for a new visa then.
