About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hongkong-guangzhou-hongkong. Eligible for 24 hour grasit without visa?

Coming from hongkong and after visiting guangzhou or shenzhen, if returning back to Hongkong. Can I get 24 hour free permit?

That's not transit so you need a visa. Even if you are in transit, Mainland Chinese land border control will not let you into the country without a visa.
