Flying Auckland-Shanghai (AirNZ/Star) 28 FEb and tranfering Finnair (AY/Oneworld) for Helsinki

What is the transfer procedure? Is the luggage transferred automatically or shall we handle it ourselves: collect, go through the arrival hall, proceed to the check-in area. Is three hours enough for that?

Hi, will you transfer in the Shanghai Pudong Airport? If yes, the procedure is as follow:

After arrival -- go through International arrival access -- Joint inspection, Customs , Immigration Inspection -- International Luggage Claim -- Transfer Hall --International Waiting Hall

If the luggage can be transferred, you need to confirm with your air company. Three hours is enough to completer the whole procedure.
