Chinese Z Visa. Hello I’m a Mauritius citizen married to a Chinese citizen.

I was on a family resident permit and last I’ve did a Chinese Z I’ve got it after 5 days in Hong-Kong. My friend who is with a family resident permit will be able to do a Chinese Working Z in Hong-Kong or Macau ? I don’t know if the policy change? He also have a Mauritius passport ? Thank you for your help

Your friend can try to apply for work Z from the office of the commissioner of the ministry of foreign affairs of PRC in HK SAR or Macau.
