Can Malayisan apply China VISA in SG if I stay 2 nights in SG?

Hi, I'm a Malaysian working in Singapore but staying in JB, if a get a temporary stay in Singapore for 2 nights, can I apply entry permit to China via Singapore -China Embassy.

If you have valid re-entry permit(form 7), WP, EP, STP, DP or SVP(please scan the QR code and print out the new issued pass), you can apply for Chinese visa from the CVASC in there.
