About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Type of visa for internship in china before graduation?

I got a paid internship at a tech company in Shenzhen, China. Since I have yet to graduate, please advise which type of entry permit I should apply for and for how long I can stay in China with that?
I wanted to join them from January 2019 and for at least 3 months.

If you can get a work permit from your company, you can apply for a work Z type for that. Otherwise, you can try to apply for a business M type for that then.
