Fuzhou airport stop over

Hello,

We will have a 7h stop-over in fuzhou airport as we will fly from Paris to Osaka in March 2019 and we would like to know if we would be able to apply for the voa in order to go out of the airport and have a little ride near by.

There is no visa on arrival or transit without visa available at Fuzhou. Every passenger must have a Chinese visa before travel. You must either get a visa in advance or change your flights, otherwise you will not be allowed to board your flight in Paris.
