About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Can I enter in Tianjin Binhai Airport and exit from Beijing Capital Airport?

Hello,
I would like to know if the free transit visa applies also in case we arrive in Tianjin and leave from PEK. All other criteria are met
