About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Does this literary still quality for the 144 hour visa exemption? Thank you.

Hello,

I am arriving to Shanghai and going to Hong Kong, so the port of entry will be Shanghai Pudong Airport. I am planning to travel around Shanghai, take the train to sight-see around Hangzhou and then fly out of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport to go to Hong Kong.

Yes it does because Shanghai and Hangzhou belong to the same "area" specified by the China's 144-hour visa-free transit policy.
