About:Marco Polo Memorial Museum

i had a work permit but company take my one month

i just now i arrived in urmuqi to go pakistan but my company didn't apply for me residene permit after get work permit and they took my one month for procedure when i get back my passport is 9days overstayed so what is the solution to get back my country please reply fast

You can report your situation to the local police station, and if you overstayed in mainland China, pay the fine CNY500 per day; the capped amount won’t exceed CNY10,000. Afterwards, you can apply for an exit pass to leave China.
