My friend and I are arriving Xiaoshan International Airport (HIA) on Dec 12 Wednesday at 1.10 pm. Each of us will be carrying 1 luggage. Our hotel is along Xinfeng Road, about 600 metres walk from East Railway station. I read that the bus from HIA to East Railway station. Is the bus stop at East Railway station near Xinfeng Road? Is it better we take a taxi or airport bus?

Yes, you are right. It is actually about 650 meters from the East Railway Station to the road. You can choose to take the airport bus with duration of about 30 minutes without traffic jam and the ticket fare is CNY20. If you take a taxi directly, the duration is about 30-45 minutes and the fee is about CNY95-100.
