About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Can I apply for a 144 h visa-free transit for Beijing twice in a month time (but in different years)

I fly from Europe to PEK (in December 2018), stay there 5 days and fly to Bangkok. After two weeks in Bangkok I will fly back to PEK (in January 2019), stay there 5 days and fly back to Europe.
