Which metro Line from Shanghai Pudong Airport to Holiday Inn Hotel?

The hotel is on West Tian Mu Road, Jing An District

If you choose to take metro, you need to transfer at least two times and it's very troublesome. So you can take the Shuttle Bus Line 5 from the airport to Shanghai Railway Station and then walk south about 400m to get the hotel.
