Filming Equipment what is required at customs in Guangzhou

Hi - we are filming for Adidas in a couple of weeks. We are travelling to Guangzhou where 2 of their factories are based. We are making an internal film of the shoe production. We have visa's for the 5 crew but it's not clear what paperwork we need to enter Guangzhou for are equipment. We are leaving UK with a duplicate list and C&E1246 form from HMRC which will list all the equipment and their serial numbers. This document is also used by us returning through the Red Channel at the UK airport. When we arrive in Guangzhou we will go through the Red channel with a customs declaration form. Is that all is required?
Then when we leave again show these documents at Guangzhou airport. Is there anything else we are missing? Thanks for your help in this matter.
Best Wishes
Phil

Hi, it seems you need to get a permit from Chinese government first. About this, you can consult the Adidas. And when you go through the customs you need to pay the deposit for the equipment. Surely you will get it back when you leave China. You can also contact Guangzhou customs for more specific information and this is the phone number: 020-12360. Hope helpful.
