About:China Transit Visa

From Bangkok to Canada (transit of 4 hr 45m in Shanghai)

I am a Nepalese citizen currently in Bangkok. I will be traveling from Bangkok to Canada and Shanghai is my layover. The transit time is roughly 4 hr 45 minutes. Will i be needing a transit G?
