About:Guangzhou to Hong Kong Train

I have to travel from Guangzhou tiane to central MTR station in hongkong.

What is the best way to get there? What train do I have take?

You can consider to take a train from Guangzhou East Station to Hung Hom. There are 12 rides a day.
