I am planning a trip to Hangzhou in 2 weeks time. Is it too cold to go and are the sights closed?

ReplyThe weather is around 5C to 15C. It would be a little cold and maybe the scenery is not as good as in other seasons. However, all the scenic spots will open.00Reply
