About:Shanghai 15-day Visa-free Policy for Cruise Tour Groups

Cruise entering Tianjin on the 17/3/19 for the day and then Shanghai on the 20/3/19 also for a day.

I travel on a British passport and my wife an Irish Passport.
Do we need Chinese visas?
