Old visa in passport

Hi I would like to apply for VOA, but it says that in order to be eligible, I have to have had a valid entry permit before to China. If the visa is in my old passport and i do not have the old passport with me, can i still apply? Thanks

Sorry I cannot guarantee that if you need the old passport. You are advised to contact the VOA border to inquire beforehand. Good luck.
