how i get transit visa

I am Bangladeshi Passport holder. I want to visit china and i have china visit entry permit. I want to know from Guangzhou can I get voa to visit HONG KONG (Lo Wu/Luohu station ) and (Lok Ma Chau/Huanggang) this to border point.
