How can I cancel my online visa application?

I got into a disagreement with an agency from Beijing which was in charge of my application. They just submitted my scanned documents, as I'm applying from my home country. Now, I can't apply somewhere else in China, as the agency in Beijing refuses to cancel my online application for no reason. So, can the online application get expired soon? Or should I do something to cancel it?

As I know, you can try to submit a withdrawal application to the visa office for that. You are advised to contact the office to inquire the details. Good luck.
