Hong Kong Hung Hom to Guangzhou East ticket delivery

In the ticket collection section of the purchase for Hong Kong Hung Hom to Guangzhou East, there are only options to deliver to China hotel or personal address in China (both with $12 fee). How do I give a personal address for Hong Kong delivery?
