About:Leshan Giant Buddha

Oct. 8 2018 - Feb. 4 2019, the Leshan Scenic Area is partially closed for rescuing conservation.

Hi, does exist a "time table" of rescuing works? We are going to visit scenic area by the end of January 2019. But now I am not sure, if it is a good idea.

No latest news comes out and the Jiuqu walkway is under construction. Someone says it will be finished on Feb.4. You can take a boat to appreciate the whole Buddha Statue from a distance.
