How to get a new work visa after my graduation?

Hi, I’m gonna graduate after one month, can I get a work z with out exit? If possible please tell me the procedure, thanks in advance

If you can get the work permit from your employer, you can try to change your current visa into work Z type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. If it can succeed, you don’t need to go back to your home country for that.
