The most convenient way is to take the bus A10 at the airport and get off at Connaught Garden. Then walk to east for about 400 meters to the hotel. The bus fare is HK$48.0

Yes, the last bus A11 departs at 00:20 so I'm sure you can catch. The ride is about 40 minutes.0
