The policy did says 20kg per person and the luggage size should be within 130cm for high speed rides. However, the stations hardly check the luggage weight and size as there are thousands of passengers a day in and out. So usually as long as your luggage is not extremely large in size, like more than 28' or 30' sized cases, it should be no problem.
