About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Bali - Guangzhou - Amsterdam (visiting Hong Kong?)

Hi, we will have 72hour transit in Guangzhou. Is it possible to leave the Guǎngdōng province and visit Hong Kong in one day? Thank you.
