TRANSIT TIME IN XIAMEN AIRPORT

Hi, I will be travelling from Singapore to Vancouver transit in Xiamen for 2.55 hours before the next flight. But have just received an email from the airline that the departure time from Singapore to Xiamen will be delayed for an hour leaving my transit at Xiamen with 2 hours. Can you advise how long will the immigration at transit take at Xiamen and will the next flight wait till we board since we cannot do the online check in? Appreciate your reply.
