About:China Transit Visa

Where to submit the Transit application?

Hi, My parents have a layover at China for less than 24 hours. I have filled up the Transit g application but didnt really understand where should I submit the application? Do you know if they can give it to authorities in airport? Please help.

May I know their travel itinerary and in which Chinese city they will have the layover?
