How can I go from the HZM bridge border to Kung Tong MTR station ?

I am looking for the quickest and relatively cheap way to go from the HZM bridge border to Kung Tong metro station ?

Do you mean the Kwun Tong MTR station? And which port are you at?

You can take the city bus B5 at HK port and get off at Sunny Bay Station. Then transfer to take the MTR Tung Chung Line at Sunny Bay Station to Kwun Tong MTR station.
